Conference Registration

Conference registration will be open from February 13, 2025, to April 30, 2025.

IMPORTANT! The deadline for registration and abstract submission for the "Donostia is Science" event has been extended until May 16th.

Registration will take place via the "Cursos de Verano" (UIK) platform of UPV/EHU. To register, visit: UIK Conference Page.

How to Register

• If you already have a UIK account, log in with your email and password.
• If you are new to the platform, you must first create an account. Once registered, you can access your personal area, where you will find your conference invoice and attendance certificate.
• For step-by-step instructions, please refer to this document.

Invoice Information

If your institution requires a proforma invoice for payment processing, you can generate it during registration. Please ensure that your billing address is updated before generating the invoice.

Note: Registration on the UIK platform is mandatory for all participants.

Fees

• Registration Fee: €90 (includes workshop attendance and coffee breaks)
• Conference Dinner: €46 (not included in the registration fee; attendees must register for the dinner separately via the UIK platform)
